About the role...
This is a Full-Time role for a motivated and driven individual to join our Planning team based at our Alexandria Head Office in Sydney in the capacity of an Allocator For The North Face.

Your main focus as the Allocator for The North Face is to support the Planning Team in the day to day operations of the business ensuring sales and profits are maximised and operations are efficient. You will work closely with the Planning, Brand, Marketing and Retail teams to ensure optimum stock levels and product assortment is maintained to grow business profitability in all channels. This is a busy and dynamic role ideal for an individual that respects the importance of accuracy, process and data integrity.

This role involves (but is not limited to):

  • Allocating and reporting for The North Face Retail stores and the Online channel
  • Managing opening and replenishment orders
  • Size curve analysis
  • Uploading markdowns
  • Timely execution of Concept stores excess stock transfers to Outlet stores
  • Ad-hoc analysis

 

About you...
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and someone that understands and lives our business culture. As well as this, the following skills and attributes will contribute to your success in the role:

  • At least 18 months in a similar high volume retail Allocation role (an advantage but not essential)
  • Proven exposure working with Excel at an intermediate/advanced level
  • Demonstrated experience with Retail inventory management and proven availability achievements
  • Established analytical ability
  • Able to work autonomously and successfully multi-task ensuring deadlines are met
  • High attention to detail, with an organised and methodical approach to work
  • Unrestricted working entitlements in Australia
