Thank you for submitting your return. You will receive an email shortly which will contain your Return Postage label. Please print out the label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your local post office. This will cover the cost of your return shipping, as well as provide tracking for you.
Before returning any items, please make sure you have read our return policy.
Once your return has been received, our team will process your request in approximately 15 days and contact you via email with the results. Please allow 5-7 business days for Australia Post to return your parcel to us.
Ensure all returned items are in a resalable condition as per our return policy: they must be unused and complete and must be returned with all swing tags and packaging intact and undamaged. This means the tags are attached and any boxes/packaging provided with your product is undamaged in any way. Failure to adhere to the return policy guidelines could result in your return being declined and sent back to you.
If returning shoes, please do not attach the shipping label directly onto the shoe box, as this will damage the packaging. Please ensure shoe boxes are placed in a shipping carton with the labels attached to the shipping carton.
