The ski season is in full swing in Australia and New Zealand. If you're planning a trip to the snow, or are lucky enough to live in the mountains, there are a few simple things you can do to make the most of your ski missions. Taylor Rapley caught up with us to share some easy strength and recovery tips to keep your body working smoothly through powder turns all season long.

9 degrees Opens New Gym in Parramatta

A rolling stone gathers no moss. A bouldering gym gathers people in flocks. It's happening - there is a boulder movement sweeping its way across Australia. 9 degrees first came on the scene in 2015. The Alexandria location quickly filled its walls with climbers and newcomers to the sport. It has been massively successful in its goal to provide a welcoming, social vibe for people to climb, hang, and drink coffee. For the good people of Sydney's west, 9 degrees has now opened up its second location, 9 degrees Parramatta in Rydalmere, NSW.

Where do you go to get inspired? To learn about what Australian and New Zealand top athletes are up to? To conjure grand plans for your next adventure? To share stories of exploration and the human will? The answer – right here.

We invite you to join us in enriching lives with stories of the outdoors, told through imagery, videos, athletes and events that we support, and the greater outdoor community of Australia and New Zealand.
