Runner

Victoria Beck

Growing up in the South Island of New Zealand, Victoria always had a passion for being outdoors, especially amongst the lush forests and mountains that New Zealand has an abundance of.

After travelling the world competing at the top level in Duathlon for years, Victoria decided to turn back to her first love - running. She competed internationally in marathon distance, but always felt like it didn't quite "fit". Experiencing her first trail run win in 2011 at the Kepler Challenge in New Zealand opened her eyes to the world of trail racing and she knew this ultimate contrast to road running is what had been missing. Thriving on the challenges and enjoying stunning scenery in conjunction with the pain of racing was the perfect combination!

After 8 years of juggling full-time studying and training/racing, Victoria works as an Orthodontist, and feels very lucky to be able to help people of all ages improve their self-confidence through having an amazing smile.
