INTEREST IN NORTH FACE 2011

Please could you help...i was hopeing in take part in the 2011 event i have recenlty down loaded a 16 week training plan for running 100Km at the end of it. Could anyone tell me what KMs should i be running the week before i  start training the program. Also the most i have ran is a full marathon in a time of 4.20 which i was doing around 65-70 km week leading up to the event would 12 months training be efficent for the 100km...Thanks for your time

James, A least the amount of kms in the 1st week of your 16 week program. Yes 12 months is enough. Biggest tip for training is to ensure training is done where there are hills to practice uphill walking and down hill running. Have fun Mike Toby 2:34pm, Thu 29.07.2010
